TCPDF for Debian
================

Cache directory
---------------

Some functions of TCPDF make use of a cache directory. If your application
relies on the default TCPDF configuration, then this directory is
/usr/share/php/tcpdf/cache which has been setup as a symlink to
/var/cache/tcpdf which is a directory owned by www-data.

In the unlikely case, where this is not correct (because your application
runs under another user id), you can use dpkg-statoverride to change
the permissions of this directory.

Support for additional fonts
----------------------------

TCPDF lets you add supplementary font files on the fly. For this to work,
you need to have /usr/share/php/tcpdf/fonts writable by your application.
In the most likely case, your application is running within a webserver
that uses the www-data user. So you can use dpkg-statoverride this
way to force the permissions on this directory:

$ sudo dpkg-statoverride --add www-data www-data 755 /usr/share/php/tcpdf/fonts
